Terms of service

Last updated: June 9, 2026

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and AdsOnBread governing your use of the AdsOnBread website, portals, SDK, and ad network (together, the “Service”). By applying for an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

AdsOnBread is an advertising network for browser extensions. Developers integrate our SDK into approved extensions to display ads, and advertisers fund campaigns that are delivered into those placements at a fixed cost per thousand impressions (CPM). Participation is reviewed: developers, advertisers, extensions, and campaigns each require approval before live delivery, and we may approve or decline applications at our discretion.

2. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when applying and keep it up to date.
  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. If you act for a company, you confirm you are authorized to bind it.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly about any unauthorized use.
  • One person or entity may not hold multiple accounts to evade review, limits, or suspension.

3. Developer terms

  • You may only integrate the SDK into extensions you own or are authorized to monetize, and only into extensions we have approved.
  • Your extension must display only one ad at a time on any given page or surface. You may show ads on multiple extension surfaces (for example a popup, sidebar, options page, or new-tab page), but no single page may show more than one AdsOnBread ad at once.
  • Ads may be displayed inside a third-party webpage if and only if your extension already injects its own user interface into that webpage, and the ad is rendered within that injected extension UI. You must not inject ads into webpages where your extension does not otherwise present its own UI, and ads must never obscure, replace, or interfere with the webpage’s own content or ads.
  • You must comply with the policies of the browser stores where your extension is distributed, and disclose ad-supported functionality to your users as those policies require.
  • You must not generate artificial impressions or clicks, encourage users to click ads, modify ad rendering to mislead users, or otherwise create invalid traffic. We reserve the right to determine any traffic as fraud at our sole discretion. Earnings from invalid traffic may be withheld or reversed.
  • Earnings accrue at the published revenue share, remain pending until eligible, and are paid on the monthly payout cycle once they reach the payout minimum, via PayPal or Wise to the payout email you save in your settings. We reserve the right to delay payment of funds for up to 30 additional days to investigate fraud. You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings.
  • We may update the SDK and require that integrations stay reasonably current.
  • We reserve the right to ban or suspend your account at any time for any reason with no explanation required.

4. Advertiser terms

  • Campaigns run at the fixed CPM and budgets shown when you create them. We reserve the right to change the CPM at any time at our sole discretion. Funding is added through Stripe, and your available balance reflects confirmed payments and credits minus spend and reserved budget.
  • All creatives are reviewed before delivery. Ads must be accurate, must match the landing page, must use an HTTPS landing URL, and must not promote illegal products, malware, deceptive offers, adult content, or anything that misleads users.
  • We may reject, pause, or suspend campaigns that violate these Terms or our review standards, with a stated reason where practicable.
  • Impression counts measured by our delivery infrastructure are the basis for billing. We filter invalid traffic and do not charge for impressions we identify as invalid.
  • Unspent balances are not guaranteed to be cash redeemable. Once credits are purchased, there is no guarantee of refund. Refunds of unspent balances are handled at our sole discretion on request through support.
  • You are responsible for your landing pages, your products, and your compliance with advertising and consumer-protection laws in the markets you target.

5. Prohibited conduct

For everyone using the Service, you must not:

  • Interfere with, probe, or disrupt the Service, or access it by automated means except through the documented SDK and APIs.
  • Misrepresent who you are, your extension, your product, or your traffic.
  • Use the Service to distribute malware, spyware, or any code that harms users.
  • Attempt to deanonymize, profile, or track extension users through or alongside our ad placements.
  • Reverse engineer the Service except where the law expressly permits it.

6. Content and intellectual property

You retain ownership of the creatives, logos, and other content you submit, and you grant AdsOnBread a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, reproduce, format, and display that content for the purpose of operating the Service, including showing approved ads in developer extensions and previews in our portals. You confirm you have the rights to everything you submit. The Service itself — including the SDK, site, and branding — belongs to AdsOnBread, and we grant developers a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the SDK in approved extensions while these Terms apply.

7. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts, extensions, or campaigns that violate these Terms, create risk for users or the marketplace, or are required to be stopped by law. On termination, earned and valid developer balances above the payout minimum are paid out in the normal cycle, and unspent valid advertiser funds are refunded, except where amounts are tied to fraud or invalid traffic.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted delivery, any particular fill rate, impression volume, earnings level, or campaign performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AdsOnBread will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for claims arising out of the Service is limited to the greater of one hundred US dollars ($100) or the amounts you paid to us, or we owed you in earnings, during the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold AdsOnBread harmless from claims arising out of your content, your extension or product, your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

11. Changes to the service and these terms

We may change the Service, pricing, revenue share, and these Terms. For material changes we will give account holders reasonable advance notice through the portal or by email; continued use after the change takes effect means you accept it. Pricing changes do not apply retroactively to impressions already delivered.

12. General

These Terms, together with the privacy policy, are the entire agreement between you and AdsOnBread about the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
